Carrot Filled

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Mason jars
• White chalk paint
• Green acrylic paint
• Paintbrushes
• Adhesive vinyl paper
• Scissors
• Decorative green paper
• White craft glue
• Green felt
• Hot glue
• Green ribbon
• Orange jelly beans

Your kids will love this one because it is filled with the most delicious “carrots” they have ever had — orange jelly beans! First, using the adhesive vinyl paper, trace a carrot shape with a pencil, and cut out the shape. Grab your paintbrush, and paint the white chalk paint directly over the carrot piece, applying it to the inside of the jar. Make sure to apply two coats, allowing them to dry 15 minutes apart. While drying, apply the green acrylic paint to the lid of the mason jar. Next, using your green decorative paper, trace the lid of the jar, and attach it with craft glue. Once dry, slip the metal piece inside the ring. Also, once the carrot piece is dry, remove the vinyl piece.
