Earth Day Clothing Drive at Tysons Corner Center

The weather is warming up and as April is Earth Month we are reminded to be more mindful of our environmental impact. One of the easiest ways to lessen your personal impact is to donate your clothing.

From April 3rd to April 20th at Tysons Corner Center, you can donate your gently used clothing for a chance to have it upcycled into a work of art! Donations will be accepted between 10 am and 9 pm at the Concierge located on the Plaza concourse. You’ll receive a free reusable tote bag as thanks for your donation, while supplies last.

The majority of donations will go to Second Story a local nonprofit organization. Local artist Brandin Hurley will be creating a garment sculpture also using donated clothing. The new sculpture will be created live on April 22nd from noon to 2 pm.
