Alfa Romeo Giulia to Receive EV Treatment

Alfa Romeo’s CEO, Jean-Phillipe Imparato has given many auto-enthusiasts details on Alfa Romeo’s future. The most exciting detail is the electrification of the Alfa’s staple sedan – the Giulia. Starting from 2025, the Giulia line-up will feature all-electric powertrains and will be built on Stellantis Group’s STLA Large Platform – the same platform to be used on the Dodge Charger EV. Since the 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia is based on the STLA Large Platform, ultra-fast 800-volt rapid charging and a range of 500 miles is expected. The 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia will apparently come in three trims; the base Giulia, the Giulia Veloce, and Giulia Quadrifoglio. Regarding power, the base Giulia will make 350 horsepower, the Veloce 800 horsepower, and the Quadrifoglio will make an outrageous 1000 horsepower. The 2024 Giulia is a couple years away from release, so stay tuned as we will keep you updated as we get more information.
